Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on soils and raw growing media items.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Handmade and 3D printed items may have slightly longer lead times.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate for all orders.
Orders over $30 will receive free shipping.

You must login to the Flora online store using the same method you use for the Flora App. Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
